Always when possible. We are here to give you exactly what you deserve during your much needed and earned escape, and our Chefs & Coordinators will do everything in their ability to adhere to any dietary restrictions or preferences. 

We bring our skill into the comfort of your space, and utilize what is provided for execution. If you would like an elevation in your own space’s setting we are happy to rent tables, chairs, etc to add to your experience. However, just like any fine restaurant, we will bring enhancement pieces (linens, plate chargers, etc) to add to your morning, afternoon, or evening with us!

While we do not provide alcohol, we do come with an array of signature Soigné Mocktails that are easily converted by your own bar selections, as well as offer curated wine pairings with our Makai Dinners. Please inquire for more details about exactly what might best fit your experience.

Yes! While we may require a 100% refundable deposit to hold your date, prior to your commitment to any of our dining experiences or offerings, we will provide a menu curated by one of our professional Maui Chefs. 

As our Chefs come from a collective of fine dining backgrounds, we all understand the paramount that service can provide an evening’s culinary indulgences. All of our dining experiences include a minimum of one server, with the size of the party dictating the required number of service professionals we will employ. The same goes for our Chefs; this dinner is about you and your moment–we are here to cook for you. Certain dinners may entail the addition of a Sous Chef should the evening’s execution require. Our ultimate goal is to give you the hospitality of your top dining experience in the comfort of your greatest get away. 

There is nothing we enjoy more than getting to spend multiple days connecting and providing for our guests. The more we get to prepare for you, the more we feel that we truly begin to understand your specific tastes and preferences.

Yes, often times this is where our dinners happen.  Most of our guests have a kitchen within their unit we can use to create their meal.  Some guests have had food dropped off for a special occasion, which could be a modification of our Farm to Fridge Service.

Yes, we have clients who have us cook for them breakfast, lunch and dinner for 1-30 days.  It really depends on your desires.  A helpful hint, to have breakfast at 8 am your chef needs to be in your villa by 5:30-6 am due to this reason some clients prefer brunch.

Yes we can, as part of our Farm to Fridge Service our chefs will hand pick your produce and grocery items to provide the best Maui has to offer. Most guests pair this service with a meal or our Farm to Fridge Meal delivery options.

Yes, we cater corporate events, wedding, family reunions and celebrations of all sorts.  We consider any dinner over 20 our large party catering and the pricing changes accordingly.  Our staff have taken care of guests in parties of 20-200.

This is where our origins lie.  We have been catering small dinner parties on Maui for years.  Guests do not need to lift a finger.  We prep, set the tables, etc and you get to finally enjoy your party!

We do have multiple venue locations for your Maui Wedding, Corporate event or private dinner.  

Our staff has taken care of guests across the country but our main focus is the island of Maui, Hawaii.  This includes Wailea, Kapalua, Kaanapali, Lahaina, Kihei, Paia, Napili, Honokowai, Maalea, Kula, Makawao, Haiku, Hana, Upcountry and the rest of Maui county if you desire.
